Low-Pressure Side Is High

  1. FILL PROPER AMOUNT OF REFRIGERANT  .

    Drain all refrigerant, and refill proper amount of refrigerant.

    Is refrigerant pressure within the standard value?

    Yes  : Refrigerant pressure is normal.

    No  : Go to  2.

  2. REPLACE THE EXPANSION VALVE - COOLER ASSEMBLY  .

    Replace the expansion valve - cooler assembly. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>EXPANSION VALVE>REMOVAL>COOLER VALVE .

    Is refrigerant pressure within the standard value?

    Yes  : Refrigerant pressure is normal.

    No  : Replace the evaporator. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>EVAPORATOR>REMOVAL .
