Blower Motor Unit Assembly: Installation

CAUTION:

After installing the compressor, do not start the engine until the A/C system is charged with refrigerant.
If the engine is started with no refrigerant charge, replace the compressor.
Replace O-rings and pipe clamps with new parts and install securely.

Install each part in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Refer to INSTALLATION .
Fill engine coolant.
- H4 model: Refer to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
- H6 model: Refer to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
Charge refrigerant. Refer to PROCEDURE .
Tightening torque:

Heater cooling unit: Refer to HEATER COOLING UNIT  .

Blower motor unit: Refer to BLOWER MOTOR UNIT  .

Air conditioning unit: Refer to AIR CONDITIONING UNIT  .

Engine control module (ECM): 7.5 N.m (0.76 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
