Timing Chain Assembly: Removal

NOTE: Perform the work with the engine installed to body when replacing a single part.

Remove the V-belts. <Ref. to REMOVAL , V-belt .>
Remove the crank pulley. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Crank Pulley .>
Remove the front chain cover. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Front Chain Cover .>
Remove the chain tensioner (RH).
NOTE: Be careful not to come out the plunger (A).

Remove the chain tensioner lever (RH).

Remove the chain tensioner (LH).
NOTE: Be careful not to come out the plunger.
