Oil Pump: Installation

- Apply a coat of engine oil to the whole area of inner rotor and outer rotor.
- Set the inner rotor onto opening edge of crank shaft, and install the inner rotor, and then assemble the outer rotor.
- Install the oil pump cover.
- Tighten the bolts in the numerical order as shown in the figure.CAUTION: Make sure that the bolt is installed in correct position.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N.m (0.65 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
BOLT INSTALLING POSITION AND DIMENSIONBolt installing position Bolt dimension (1) and (3) 6 x 14 x 14 (2) and (4) 6 x 35 x 18 (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10) and (11) 6 x 35 x 15 (12), (15), (16) and (17) 6 x 16 x 16 (13) and (14) 6 x 26 x 15 - Install the crank sprocket.

- Install the front chain cover. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Front Chain Cover. >
- Install the V-belts. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , V-belt. >
- Install the radiator. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Radiator. >
- Install the under cover.
- Fill engine coolant.
