	Remove/install
1	Perform power disable of the high-voltage on-board electrical system.	: Perform initial startup of high-voltage on-board electrical system.	AR54.10-P-1160SRE
2	Remove right rear fender liner.	Model 453.091	AR88.10-P-1400SR

3	Unscrew nut (1).
4	Remove bolt (2) and remove wiring (3).
5	Expose high-voltage line (4) on wheel arch.
6	Unscrew nuts (5).
7	Expose charger feed socket (X58/23) with holder (6) on wheel arch and route outwards until electrical connectors (7, 9) are accessible.
8	Expose electrical wiring harness (8) on holder (6) and disconnect electrical connectors (7, 9).
9	Expose and disconnect electrical connector (15).
10	Unscrew nuts (10).
11	Remove screw/bolt (11).	Model 453.091/391/491 except code 908 (On-board charger 22kW) Bolt, ground line to retaining plate for charger for high-voltage battery	*BA08.10-P-1005-02A
12.1	Disconnect electrical connector (12) on front side of charger for high-voltage battery and cover up with protective covers.	Model 453.091/391/491 except code 908 (On-board charger 22kW)	AR54.00-P-0051-01SRE

13	Release and expose high voltage line (4) on electric drive.	Model 453.091/391/491 except code 908 (On-board charger 22kW) : Check for correct assembly position of high-voltage line (4).
14	Remove bolts (13).	If the charger feed power outlet (X58/23) or bracket (6) is replaced.
15	Remove charger feed socket (X58/23) together with charge lamp (16) from holder (6).	If charger feed socket (X58/23), charge lamp (16) or holder (6) is replaced. Note assembly position of spacer (14).
16	Remove activator from charger feed socket (X58/23).	If the charger feed socket (X58/23) or the activator is replaced.
17	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
18	Perform protective ground conductor and insulation resistance test.	If charger feed socket (X58/23) was replaced.	AR54.10-P-0019-01MEV

19	Connect high-voltage on-board electrical system charging cable at both ends and perform charging process function test.
