	Remove/install
1	Remove refrigerant line (1)	ENGINE 780.009 in MODEL 451.391/491	AR83.30-P-7817MEV
		ENGINE 780.993 in MODEL 451.390/392/490/492	AR83.30-P-7817MEX
2	Pull front suction line refrigerant line (2) forwards out of electric expansion valve (interior) (Y19/1) and push to one side
	Compressor oils (specification 362.0)	Close off openings in front intake line refrigerant line (2) and electric expansion valve (interior) (Y19/1) with suitable stop plugs. Otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture damage components that are connected to the refrigerant circuit. Replace sealing ring at intake line refrigerant line (2) and moisten with compressor oil when inserting.	MB 362.0 compressor oil A 001 989 08 03
3.1	Open clip (4) and expose and disconnect electrical connector (3)	ENGINE 780.009 in MODEL 451.391/491
3.2	Release and disconnect electrical connector (6)	ENGINE 780.993 in MODEL 451.390/392/490/492
4	Remove bolts (5)	Bolt, expansion valve to vaporizer tube	*BA83.30-P-1003-01L
5	Disconnect electric expansion valve (interior) (Y19/1) from evaporator from the front and remove	Close off openings at the evaporator connection lines and the electric expansion valve (interior) (Y19/1) with suitable stop plugs. Otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture damage components that are connected to the refrigerant circuit.
6	Remove sealing rings at evaporator connection lines
	Compressor oils (specification 362.0)	Replace seal rings at evaporator connecting lines and moisten with compressor fluid when inserting.	MB 362.0 compressor oil A 001 989 08 03
7	Install in the reverse order
