	Remove/install
1	Remove transmitter key and mains plug

3	Drain air conditioning system	Evacuate air conditioning and then fill it.	AR83.30-P-1760MCC
4	Disconnect air conditioning service unit

5	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift
6	Remove front underfloor paneling

8	Disconnect refrigerant line (2) from electrical expansion valve (battery) (Y19/3)	Model 451.390/392/490/492 with code V03 (Battery cooling system)
	Compressor oils (specification 362.0)	Close off refrigerant line (2) and connection to electric expansion valve (battery) (Y19/3) using suitable stop plugs. Otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture will damage components that are connected to the refrigerant circuit. Replace sealing ring at refrigerant line (2) and moisten with compressor oil when inserting.	MB 362.0 compressor oil A 001 989 08 03
9	Lower vehicle with vehicle lift
10	Unscrew nut (5)
11	Disconnect refrigerant pressure line (6) and refrigerant line (2) from condenser
	Compressor oils (specification 362.0)	Close off refrigerant pressure line (6), refrigerant line (2) and connections to condenser using suitable stop plugs. Otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture will damage components that are connected to the refrigerant circuit. Replace sealing rings at refrigerant pressure line (6) and refrigerant line (2) and moisten with compressor oil when inserting.	MB 362.0 compressor oil A 001 989 08 03
12	Remove mount (4) and swivel right front cooling module (3) outwards in direction of arrow	For the next steps, a helper is required to hold the cooling module (3).

14	Disconnect refrigerant intake line (8) and refrigerant line (2) from electric expansion valve (interior) (Y19/1)
	Compressor oils (specification 362.0)	Close off refrigerant intake line (8), refrigerant line (2) and connections to electric expansion valve (interior) (Y19/1) using suitable stop plugs. Otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture will damage components that are connected to the refrigerant circuit.	MB 362.0 compressor oil A 001 989 08 03
		Replace sealing rings at refrigerant intake line (8) and refrigerant line (2) and moisten with compressor oil when inserting.
15	Remove refrigerant line (2) towards the front top
16	Install new desiccant cartridge		AR83.30-P-6525MCC
17	Install in the reverse order
