| 7 | Loosen trailer hitch wiring harness at crossmember (1) | ||
| 8 | Unscrew nuts (15) | ||
| 9 | Remove screws/bolts (13) | ||
| 10 | Remove crossmember of trailer hitch (1) | ||

| 11 | Recut thread for screws/bolts (13) on left longitudinal member reinforcement (2) or right longitudinal member reinforcement (3) | ||
| 12 | Position trailer hitch crossmember (1) | ||
| 13 | Tighten screws/bolts (13) up to stop | ||
| 14 | Screw in nuts (15) up to stop | ||
| 15 | Align trailer hitch | ||
