| Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 2 | Slowly open cap (1) on expansion reservoir (2) and remove | ||
| 3 | Clamp off coolant hose (3) using pinch-off pliers | ||

| 6 | Release lock (5a) and pull out coolant lines (5) from expansion reservoir (2) | ||
| 7 | Unscrew nut (6) and lift expansion reservoir (2) | ||
