REMOVING Removing
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

1 Adjust heater to maximum heat output
2 Unscrew cap slowly on expansion reservoir (2) and relieve overpressure
3 Check coolant level and antifreeze content coolant Correct if necessary.
4 Screw test cap (1) onto expansion reservoir (2) SPECIAL TOOL Figure
5 Connect pressure pump (3) at test cap (1) SPECIAL TOOL Figure
6 Apply test pressure to cooling system NOTES To prevent damage to cooling system, do not exceed stated test pressure.
