Remove/install refrigerant pressure sensor - AR83.30-P-5430CW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain air conditioning system, then disconnect air conditioning service unit   AR83.30-P-1760CW 
IMPORTANT Installation: Evacuate air conditioning system, refill it and check it for proper operation and leaktightness.  
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

4 Remove front section from noise encapsulation MODEL 204.0 with ENGINE 642, 646, 651

5 Unclip cover (1) (arrows) and swing downwards    
6 Unclip retaining clip (4) from cover (1)    
7 Disconnect electrical connector (2) from refrigerant pressure sensor (B12)    
8 Counterhold high pressure line (3) and remove refrigerant pressure sensor (B12) NOTES Installation:
Carefully tighten refrigerant pressure sensor (B12).
The condenser or the refrigerant pressure sensor (B12) could become damaged.
IMPORTANT Installation: Sealing ring at refrigerant pressure sensor (B12) is generally to be replaced.
 
SPECIAL TOOL Box wrench bit SW 27_mm Fig 2
9 Seal off opening of high-pressure line (3) IMPORTANT Only if refrigerant pressure sensor (B12) is not installed again within a brief period.  
10 Install in the reverse order
