Remove/install poly-V belt - AR13.22-P-1202CD

	Remove
	Risk of injury. Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area of the mechanism when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
1	Remove intake air duct upstream of air filter housing
2	Remove pulley and belt guard
3	Remove cover holder (3)
4	Loosen poly-V belt (1)		AR13.22-P-3902-01T
	Pin for locking poly-V belt tensioning device		WF58.50-P-1325-02A
5	Remove poly-V belt (1)	When carrying out further operations on the engine or timing case cover, relieve poly-V belt tensioning device (2). Check belt pulley profile and poly-V belt tensioning device (2) for damage and soiling and replace or clean if necessary.

6	Check poly-V belt (1) for wear
		ENGINE 651 in MODEL 204	AP13.22-P-1352CW
		ENGINE 651 in MODEL 212 (except 212.098/298)	AP13.22-P-1352EW
	Install
7	Fit on poly-V belt (1)	Do not use belt wax or similar products. This leads to slipping of the poly-V belt (1).
		Lay on poly-V belt (1) beginning at the poly-V belt tensioning device (2), see: Observe the routing diagram. ↓
