Test turbocharger vacuum unit - AR09.40-P-5915CD

INSPECT Checking     
1 Detach vacuum hose on the aneroid capsule (1, 2 or 3) to be checked    
2 Attach vacuum pump to hose connection for aneroid capsule (1, 2 or 3) SPECIAL TOOL Hand vacuum pump Figure
SPECIAL TOOL Vacuum tester Figure
3 Build up a pressure of about 700 mbar IMPORTANT If a pressure buildup is not possible or the built up pressure drops, replace aneroid capsule (1, 2 or 3).

    Remove/install aneroid capsules on turbocharger AR09.40-P-1002CD 
4 Attach vacuum hose to hose connection for aneroid capsule (1, 2 or 3)
