Remove/install and disassemble rear shelf - AR68.30-P-4580EW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1.1 Remove rear seat backrest MODEL 212.0/1
without CODE 224 (Rear individual seat design)
without CODE 287 (Through-loading feature)

1.2 Remove rear seat backrest MODEL 212.0/1
with CODE 224 (Rear individual seat design)
 
AR91.12-P-1620EW
1.3 Remove side upholstery MODEL 212.0
with CODE 287 (Through-loading feature)
 
AR91.12-P-1710CW
2 Unscrew bolt (6) and remove belt end fitting from center seat belt (2)    
3 Loosen paneling on left and right C-pillar and lay down to side with seat belts installed   AR68.30-P-4490EW 
IMPORTANT Do not remove belt end fittings.
4 Remove rear wall window MODEL 212.0
with CODE Z04 (Light armoring)
 
AR67.20-P-2000EG
5 Remove rubber from left and right expansion clip (5) and remove expansion clips (5)    
6 Remove clips (4) MODEL 212.0/1
with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
7.1 Pull rear shelf (1) toward front out of guides (7) MODEL 212.0/1
without CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
7.2 Pull rear shelf (1) toward front out of guides (9) and guide (arrow) MODEL 212.0/1
with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
8 Lift rear shelf (1) and disconnect electrical connector on center brake lamp (E21x1) MODEL 212.0/1
without CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
9 Unclip frame (8) from rear shelf (1), guide center seat belt (2) through opening in rear shelf (1) and remove rear shelf (1)    
10 Turn guides (9) 45° counterclockwise and remove MODEL 212.0/1
with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
11 Loosen bolts (10) in trunk, push roller sun blind (3) in direction of arrow and guide bolts (10) out of holes MODEL 212.0/1
with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
12 Disconnect electrical connector on rear window roller sun blind motor (X193) and remove rear shelf rear section (1.1) with roller sun blind (3) until center brake lamp electrical connector (E21x1) is accessible MODEL 212.0/1
with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
13 Disconnect center brake lamp electrical connector (E21x1) and remove rear shelf rear section (1.1) with roller sun blind (3) MODEL 212.0/1
with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window)
 
14 Install in the reverse order    
DISASSEMBLINGASSEMBLING Disassemble/assemble     
15 Remove roller sun blind (3) from rear shelf rear section (1.1) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that roller sun blind (3) is inserted into mounts (12).  
16 Unclip center brake lamp cover (11) from rear shelf rear section (1.1) or rear shelf (1) and remove IMPORTANT Depending on vehicle equipment.  
17 Unclip loudspeaker cover (14) and top tether cover (13) from rear shelf (1) and remove    
18 Assemble in the reverse order
