	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

2	Remove lower engine compartment paneling	Model 204

	Only perform steps 3 to 6 for removal of the right exhaust manifold (1)
3	Detach ground line from battery	Model 204	AR54.10-P-0003CW

4	Disconnect flange connection for catalytic converter on exhaust manifold (1)	Model 204, 207	AR49.10-P-7100CW

5	Loosen nuts from front bracket on exhaust system	Model 204, 207	AR49.10-P-7100CW

6	Unscrew nuts (8) and remove exhaust manifold (1) and seal (10) upwards	Replace nuts (8) and seal (10).

	Only perform steps 7 to 9 for removal of the left exhaust manifold (2)
7	Unscrew accessible nuts (9) from above		*BA14.10-P-1001-01E
8	Remove catalytic converter	Model 204, 207	AR49.10-P-7100CW
		Model 212	AR49.10-P-7100EW
9	Unscrew accessible nuts (9) from below and remove exhaust manifold (2) and seal (11) downward	Replace nuts (9) and seal (11).
