Remove/install rear seat belt buckle - AR91.40-P-1516EW

1 Remove rear seat cushion MODEL 212
without CODE 224 (Rear individual seat design)		 AR91.12-P-1020CW

with CODE 224 (Rear individual seat design)		 AR91.12-P-1020EW 
MODEL 218.3 AR91.12-P-1020EL
MODEL 218.9 AR91.12-P-1020ELX
2 Disconnect right rear seat belt buckle switch electrical connector (S686x1) from bracket at right seat belt buckle (1) or left rear seat belt buckle switch electrical connector (S685x1) from bracket at left seat belt buckle (3) When removing right seat belt buckle (1) or left seat belt buckle (3)  
3 Disconnect center rear seat belt buckle switch electrical connector (S6814x1) and right rear seat belt buckle switch electrical connector (S686x1), remove screw/bolt (5) and remove right seat belt buckle (1) together with center seat belt buckle (2) When removing right seat belt buckle (1) or center seat belt buckle (2)
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Align right seat belt buckle (1) and center seat belt buckle (2) to guide pin (arrow A).
IMPORTANT The center seat belt buckle (2) is not installed in model 218.3, 212.0 with code (224) Design individual seats in rear.		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, rear belt buckle *BA91.40-P-1015-01Q 
4 Remove circlip at screw/bolt (5) and remove right seat belt buckle (1) from center seat belt buckle (2) When replacing right seat belt buckle (1) or center seat belt buckle (2)
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Right seat belt buckle (1) must be located above center seat belt buckle (2).
IMPORTANT The center seat belt buckle (2) is not installed in model 218.3, 212.0 with code (224) Design individual seats in rear.		  
5 Disconnect left rear seat belt buckle switch electrical connector (S685x1), remove screw/bolt (6) and remove left seat belt buckle (3) together with belt end fitting of seat belt of center rear seat (4) When removing left seat belt buckle (3).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Align left seat belt buckle (3) and belt end fitting to guide pin (arrow B).
IMPORTANT The belt end fitting of the seat belt of the center rear seat (4) is not installed in model 218.3 and in model 212.0 with code (224) Design individual seats in rear.		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, rear belt buckle *BA91.40-P-1015-01Q 
6 Remove circlip at screw/bolt (6) and remove belt end fitting of seat belt of center rear seat (4) from left seat belt buckle (3) When removing left seat belt buckle (3).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Left seat belt buckle (3) must be located above belt end fitting.
IMPORTANT The belt end fitting of the seat belt of the center rear seat (4) is not installed in model 218.3 and in model 212.0 with code (224) Design individual seats in rear.		  
7 Install in the reverse order
