2	Take off cover (1)
3	Screw in bolts (2)	With screws/bolts (2), adjustment of engine hood hinge with removed left rear engine hood lifter (Y127/1) or right rear engine hood lifter (Y127/2) is prevented. Bolts must be size M8 X 16. With a thread length greater than 16 mm, left rear engine hood lifter (Y127/1) or right rear engine hood lifter (Y127/2) cannot be removed.
4	Remove screws/bolts (3)	Do not subject left rear engine hood lifter (Y127/1) or right rear engine hood lifter (Y127/2) to any blows or impacts and do not allow them to fall. Otherwise these must be replaced.
5	Unscrew nuts (4)
6	Remove left rear engine hood lifter (Y127/1) or right rear engine hood lifter (Y127/2)
7	Disconnect electrical connector (6)
8	Unclip clip (9) at left rear engine hood lifter (Y127/1) or right rear engine hood lifter (Y127/2)	MODEL 204.3, 207 with CODE U60 (Pedestrian protection)
	Install
9	Plug in electrical connector (6)
10	Clip in clip (9) at left rear engine hood lifter (Y127/1) or right rear engine hood lifter (Y127/2)	MODEL 204.3, 207 with CODE U60 (Pedestrian protection)
11	Install left rear engine hood lifter (Y127/1) or right rear engine hood lifter (Y127/2)
