3	Remove window guide seal
4	Remove cutting cord (2)	Both ends of cutting cord (2) are located in the slot between the beltline and triangular window (1).
5	Attach pull handles from wooden doweling at both ends of the cutting cord (2)
6	Cut adhesive in cutting area (A) with suitable cutting cord (2)
	Risk of injury caused by slipping when inserting blade in the multicutter and by glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows	Always interrupt air supply or power supply before inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A
7	Cut adhesive in cutting area (B) with knife and remove triangular window (1)	Window removal tool, FEIN FSC 1.6 Always replace triangular window (1) after removal	Fig 2
	Install
8	Cut remaining adhesive off of rear door with suitable scraper and remove loosen glue residues.	Do not leave more than 2 mm of adhesive.
9	Clean gluing area on rear door using cleaner from repair kit and rub dry with rag.	The adhesive area must be absolutely free of dust and grease to prevent a decrease in the gluing force when installing the window.

10	Repair paint damages on rear door not covered by glue bead (9) with primer stick	Touch-up pencil	*BR00.45-Z-1012-07A
11	Coat adhesive area on rear door with primer included in the repair kit.	Allow primer to flash off for at least 10 minutes, otherwise the adhesive force of the glue is decreased. Prime points on adhesion area on rear door without adhesive residues.

12	Prepare triangular window (1) for installation	The gluing area on the triangular window must be absolutely free of dust and grease to prevent a decrease in the gluing force when installing the window.	AR72.12-P-1940-02EG

13	Apply bead of adhesive (9) to rear door	Glue in triangular window (1) within 10 minutes after applying adhesive bead to rear door (9), otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease. Uniformly apply bead of adhesive material. The height of the adhesive bead (9) is approx. 13 mm.

14	Install triangular window (1) on rear door and clip in	Ensure that both ends of cutting cord (2) are positioned in slot between beltline and triangular window (1).
15	Install window guide seal
