Remove/install oil lines of oil cooling for automatic transmission - AR27.55-P-0600MR

TRANSMISSION 722.9 in MODEL 204 (except 204.9) with ENGINE 274 

TRANSMISSION 722.995 in MODEL 207 with ENGINE 274.9

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove engine vacuum duct    
2 Detach double clamp (1) IMPORTANT Transmission 722.9 in model 207 with engine 274
There are two double clamps (1).		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, clamp to oil line *BA27.55-P-1004-01D 
3 Detach oil lines (2, 3) from oil cooler   AR27.10-P-0501-03CW
NOTES Do not kink or bend the oil lines (2, 3). Leaks and damage can occur otherwise.
IMPORTANT Collect escaping transmission oil in suitable vessel.		  
SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Figure
4 Remove relevant lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105EW
5 Remove protective shield (4)    
6 Detach all retaining clamps (7) from oil pan TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, oil cooler oil line to engine oil pan *BA27.55-P-1003-01D 
7 Remove bolts (5, 6) and pull oil lines (2, 3) out of transmission NOTES Do not kink or bend the oil lines (2, 3). Leaks and damage can occur otherwise.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace O-rings.
IMPORTANT Collect escaping transmission oil in a suitable container and seal the connection fitting using a suitable stop plug.		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, oil line to transmission housing *BA27.55-P-1002-01D 
SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Figure
8 Remove oil lines (2, 3) individually rearwards    
9 Install in the reverse order    
10 Fill transmission with transmission fluid   AR27.00-P-0270W
INSPECT Check     
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11 Perform engine test run and check transmission for proper function and leaktightness.
