Inspection Procedure

  1. RECONFIRM DTC 

    HINT:

    This DTC will be displayed when the internal malfunction of the Brake Actuator Assy is detected. Therefore, perform the recurrence test before replacing the Brake Actuator Assy to check that the DTC is displayed.

    1. Clear the DTCs.
    2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
    3. Check if the same DTCs are recorded (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR  ).
    1. NO : PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE   ). 
    2. Yes : REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY (See  BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY  ) 
    NOTE: When replacing the brake actuator assy, perform the zero point calibration (See  CALIBRATION   ).
