Preliminary Procedures

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.4L LE5) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill-LNF) .
Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (SKY) or Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement (Solstice) .
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .

Radiator Outlet Hose Assembly

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tip:

Using J 38185 hose clamp pliers position radiator outlet hose clamps aside and remove hose from the fittings.
Remove radiator outlet hose push in retainer from the engine bracket and cradle.
Note routing of the radiator outlet hose to ensure proper insulation.
