Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
  1. Remove the instrument panel lower center trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .
  2. Remove the headlamp switch molding. Refer to HEADLAMP SWITCH MOLDING REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the turn signal multifunction switch. Refer to TURN SIGNAL MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH REPLACEMENT .
  4. Remove the windshield wiper and washer switch. Refer to WINDSHIELD WIPER AND WASHER SWITCH REPLACEMENT .
  5. Remove the hazard warning switch. Refer to HAZARD WARNING SWITCH REPLACEMENT .
1 Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Fastener (Qty: 4)
Refer to FASTENER CAUTION
2 Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Retainer (Qty: 10)
Procedure 
Use a flat-bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retaining clips securing the upper trim panel to the instrument panel.
NOTE: Apply protection tape on the instrument panel to prevent scratches and pressmarks on instrument panel surface. The flat-bladed plastic trim tool and retainers may cause damage.
