Disassembling and assembling seat frame - standard seat

REMOVING AND INSTALLING SEAT FRAME PROCEDURE

1 Oval-head screw M8 x 10 4 Unscrew.  
2 Hexagon-head bolt 2 Unscrew.  
3 Screw 2 Unscrew screw on cross tube -27-  . See Figure .  
4 Bushing 2    
5 Washer 12 x 19.5 x 0.5 2    
6 Seat frame 1    
7 Backrest frame 1 Remove backrest frame from seat frame -6-  . See Figure .
  1. Run in backrest frame from the rear into the seat frame -6-  , position it and fasten with screws -1 and 2-  . See Figure . See TIGHTENING TORQUES  .
  2. Position cross tube -27-  on the backrest frame and fasten with the screws -3-  . See Figure . See TIGHTENING TORQUES  .
8 Hexagon-head bolt M5 x 16 2 Unscrew.  
9 Washer 5.3 2 Remove. Push on.
10 Holding tray for fire extinguisher 1 Remove. Position the holding tray on the holder for the fire extinguisher -13-8-  . See Figure .
11 Sheetmetal nut 2 Pull off. Push on.
12 Oval-head screw M5 x 10 2 Unscrew.  
13 Holder for fire extinguisher 1 Remove. Position the holder for the fire extinguisher on the seat frame -6-12-  . See Figure .
14 Bowden cable 1 Press the clamping pieces of the bowden cable out of the adjusting mechanism -25-17-  . See Figure . Engage the fastening cable on the adjusting mechanism -25-17-  . See Figure .
15 Hexagon nut 2 Unscrew.  
16 Square-head screw M5 x 23.6 2    
17 Pneumatic spring 1 Remove pneumatic spring. Position pneumatic spring on cross tube -27-6-16-15-  . See Figure .
18 Screw 2 Unscrew on the seat frame -6-  . See Figure .  
19 Bushing 2    
20 Washer 12 x 19.5 x 0.5 2    
21 Hexagon nut
M8		 4    
22 Adapter, left 1 Remove.
  1. Position the adapter at the left of the seat rail -28- and fasten with the hexagon nuts -21-  . See Figure . See TIGHTENING TORQUES  .
  2. Position adapter on the seat frame -6-  and fasten with the screw -18-  . See Figure . See TIGHTENING TORQUES  .
23 Adapter right 1 Remove.
  1. Position the adapter at the right of the seat rail -29-  and fasten with the hexagon nuts -21-  . See Figure . See TIGHTENING TORQUES  .
  2. Position adapter on the seat frame -6-  and fasten with the screw -18-  . See Figure . See TIGHTENING TORQUES  .
24 Countersunk screw M5 x 18 2 Unscrew.  
25 Adjusting mechanism 1 Unclip. Clip in adjusting mechanism on the seat frame, position it and fasten with the countersunk screws -24-  . See Figure .
26 Torx screw 4 Remove from cross tube -27-  . See Figure .  
27 Cross tube 1 Remove. Position cross tube on the left and right of the seat rails -28 and 29-32-26-  . See Figure .
28 Seat rail, left 1    
29 Seat rail, right 1    
30 Lever 1 Remove left and right seat rail -28 and 29-  . See Figure . Position and insert left and right seat rail -28 and 29-  . See Figure .
31 Boost spring 1 Disengage. Engage.
32 Threaded plate 2 Remove. Insert.
33 Clip 2 Unclip.  
34 Stop 2   Insert stop in the left and right seat rail -28 and 29-33-  . See Figure .
35 Hexagon-head bolt (fit bolt) 1 Unscrew.  
36 Seat belt buckle 1   Position belt buckle and screw into place with the hexagon-head bolt -35-  . See Figure .
