Removing Knock Sensor, Cylinder Bank 4-6

  1. Remove throttle housing.

    → WM 244219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING THROTTLE HOUSING (TURBO COUPE, TURBO S COUPE, TURBO CABRIO & TURBO S CABRIO)- section on "Removing"  .

  2. Detach and swivel out compressor.

    → WM 873419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR-CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR- section on "Loosening"  .

  3. Remove knock sensor.
    1. 3.1. Pull off cable plug -2-  .

    2. 3.2. Unscrew screw -3-  and remove knock sensor -1-  .
