Installing Knock Sensor, Cylinder Bank 4-6

  1. Install knock sensor.
    1. 1.1. Fit knock sensor -1-  with screw -2-  and align it. Then tighten screw.

      → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) +/-2 Nm (+/-1.5 ft. lb.)

    2. 1.2. Push on cable plug -3-  .
  2. Insert and fit compressor.

    → WM 873419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR-CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR- section on "Securing"  .

    → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft. lb.) 

  3. Install throttle housing.

    → 244219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING THROTTLE HOUSING - section on "Installing"

    → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.) 

    → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.)
