Preliminary Work

Information 

The lumbar support and air cushions must be deflated before removing the front seat.

1. Remove front seat. → Removing Folding Sports Bucket Seat  .
2. Remove cover for inner backrest. → Removing Cover For Inner Backrest  .
3. First loosen  cover for front middle backrest, then fold it down  . → REMOVING COVER FOR FRONT MIDDLE BACKREST .
4. Loosen cover for backrest. → REMOVING COVER FOR FRONT BACKREST .
   1. 4.1. Slide cover for backrest -1-  off the backrest shell -2-  at the bottom left and right, starting at the middle (-direction of arrow-  ) and disengage it.

   2. 4.2. Loosen front cover piping -1-  at the sides  and carefully press it out of the backrest frame -2-  using a plastic wedge -3-  .

5. Remove front side airbag (only for seats with adaptive lumbar support)  . → REMOVING FRONT SIDE AIRBAG .
