Preliminary Work: Notes

Information 

Different preliminary work is required, depending on the equipment variant.

1. Remove padding for front seat. → REMOVING PADDING FOR FRONT SEAT .
2. Remove seat-belt buckle. → REMOVING FRONT SEAT-BELT BUCKLE .
3. Remove front seat extension (only for seats with electric seat extension  ).
4. Remove control unit for memory seat adjustment (only for seats without active seat ventilation  ). → Removing Control Unit For Memory Seat Adjustment  .
5. Remove occupant detection control unit (passenger seat only for USA/Canada and Mexico vehicles  ). → REMOVING OCCUPANT DETECTION CONTROL UNIT .
6. Remove wire harness for electrically adjustable seat at the seat frame  . → REMOVING WIRE HARNESS FOR POWER SEATS
