Removing Inner Left Air Guide

Remove impact protection element.
1. 1.1. Release locking lug with a screwdriver -arrow A- and remove impact protection element -arrow B- .

Remove reinforcement.
1. 2.1. Pull out reinforcement.

Remove intake-air pipe.
1. 3.1. Press intake-air pipe together slightly -arrow A- and remove it -arrow B- .

Remove air-cleaner element. → REMOVING AIR CLEANER ELEMENT
Remove left intake-air distributor. → REMOVING INTAKE-AIR DISTRIBUTOR
Remove air flow sensor. → REMOVING AIR FLOW SENSOR "
Detach air cleaner housing at the bottom.
1. 7.1. Lift the vehicle. → WM 4X00IN LIFTING THE VEHICLE (ALL MODELS)
2. 7.2. Unscrew fastening screw -2- at the bottom of the air cleaner housing -1- .
3. 7.3. Unscrew fastening screw -3- at the bottom of the support frame -4- .
4. 7.4. Lower the vehicle.

Detach air cleaner housing at the top.
1. 8.1. Unscrew fastening screw -2- .
2. 8.2. Press fixing clip -3- together -arrow A- and swivel air cleaner housing -1- out of its position -arrow B- .

Detach support frame at the top.
1. 9.1. Press the air cleaner housing -1- inwards until the fastening screw -2- is easily accessible.
2. 9.2. Loosen fastening screw -2- .

Remove inner left air guide.
1. 10.1. Press support frame -1- inwards.
2. 10.2. Pull out inner air guide -2- (-arrow A- ).
3. 10.3. Loosen inner air guide -2- and remove it -arrow B- .
