Toe-In Adjustment

  1. Adjust the toe-in by varying the length of the steering outer socket.
    1. Loosen the outer tie-rod lock nuts.
    2. Adjust the toe-in by screwing the outer tie-rods in or out.

      Standard length (L)

      : Refer to Steering Linkage - XD Models . Steering Linkage - Non-XD Models

      Inner socket length (L1)

      : Refer to Steering Linkage - XD Models . Steering Linkage - Non-XD Models

      Possible amount of adjustment (L2)

      : Refer to Steering Linkage - XD Models . Steering Linkage - Non-XD Models

    3. Tighten the outer tie-rod lock nuts to specification.

      Lock nut

      : Refer to Exploded View .
