Crankshaft Pulley Removal and Installation: Removal

- Raise the vehicle on the lift.
- Remove the right front wheel.
- Remove the splash shield (see SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT ).
- Remove the drive belt (see DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT ).
- Hold the pulley with the holder handle (A) and the holder attachment, 50 mm, offset (B).
- Remove the bolt with a heavy duty 19 mm socket (C) and a breaker bar, then remove the crankshaft pulley.
