RES power will not turn off

NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first BATTERY TEST ).
- Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II), then press the REAR PWR button ON.
Does the screen open?
YES -Go to step 2.
NO -Go to RES power will not turn on
- Push the rear power button of the wireless remote control.
Does the screen close and turn off?
YES -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
NO -Go to step 3.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
Does the screen close and turn off?
YES -Go to Wireless remote control does not work (all buttons)
NO -Go to step 4.
- Measure the voltage between rear controller and screen 24P connector terminal No. 2 and body ground.

Is there battery voltage?
YES -Check for short to power on the YEL wire.
NO -Substitute a known-good rear controller and screen , and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original rear controller and screen .
