Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove shift knob.
  2. Remove shift bezel.
  3. Remove cluster lid C. Refer to "CLUSTER LID C under REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION under GAUGES & INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT".
  4. Remove cluster lid D. Refer to "CLUSTER LID D under REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION under GAUGES & INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT".
  5. Remove the center stack. See Fig 1.
  6. Remove fasteners securing rear of unified meter and A/C auto amp. See Fig 1.
  7. Remove fasteners on either side of display screen. See Fig 1.
  8. Gently spread top of bracket and remove unified meter and A/C auto amp.
