Sound Is Not Heard From Rear Speaker or Rear Tweeter (Base and Mid Level System)

- HARNESS CHECK
- Disconnect audio unit connector M44 and suspect speaker connector.
- Check continuity between audio unit harness connector M44 terminal and suspect speaker harness connector terminal.CONTINUITY SPECIFICATION

- OK: GO TO 2.
- NG:
- Check connector housings for disconnected or loose terminals.
- Repair harness or connector.
- REAR SPEAKER SIGNAL CHECK
- Connect audio unit connector and rear speaker connector.
- Turn ignition switch to ACC.
- Push "POWER" switch.
- Check the signal audio unit harness connector terminal with CONSULT-II or oscilloscope.
OK or NG
- OK: Replace rear speaker. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF REAR SPEAKER " or Removal and Installation of Rear Tweeter .
- NG: Replace audio unit. Refer to Removal and Installation for Audio Unit .
