Inspection Procedure 7: GPS can not be received: Diagnosis
- STEP 1. Confirm that the vehicle is parked properly.
Check that the vehicle is parked in an open area.
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES: Go to Step 2.
NO: Move the vehicle to an open area. Then go to Step 2.
- STEP 2. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), check the data list.
Check the TCU data list (Refer to DATA LIST REFERENCE TABLE ).
CAUTION: To prevent damage to scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), always turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position before connecting or disconnecting scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE).- Connect scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE). Refer to "HOW TO CONNECT THE SCAN TOOL (M.U.T.-IIISE) ."

NOTE: Park the vehicle in an open area where radio wave is not shielded.4 pieces or more Q: Is the check result normal?
YES: The procedure is complete.
NO: Replace the GNSS/TEL antenna assembly (Refer to ANTENNA ). Then go to Step 3.
- STEP 3. Retest the system.
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES: The procedure is complete.
NO: Replace the TCU (Refer to TCU ).
