REP-TAT-P-2430-02 Install the switching device (8-speed, AISIN GA8F22AW)

- Replace the seals (1).
- Position the switching device (1).
- Replace screws (2).

- Tighten the screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Switching device on transmission M6x21 Replace screws. Torque 10 Nm - Plug the temperature sensor (1) into the switching device.
- Position the hold-down device and tighten the bolt (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Temperature sensor on switching device (8-speed, AISIN GA8F22AW) M8x18 Torque 18 Nm - Connect all connectors (1).
- Fasten the connector (2) to the holder.

- Additionally, exchange the wiring harness (1) for vehicles up to production data 03/2019.
- Replace the seals (1).
- Position the switching device (1).
- Replace screws (2).

- Plug the temperature sensor (1) into the switching device.
- Position the hold-down device and tighten the bolt (2).

- Connect all connectors (1).
- Fasten the connector (2) to the holder.

- Fasten the transmission oil cooler on the transmission. Tightening torque: 24 11 4AZ .
