51 11 300 Removing and installing/replacing center trim (Cooper JCW)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove FRONT ORNAMENTAL GRILLE FRAME

Removal:

Release latch mechanisms (1) along the dashed line and remove trim (2).

Replacement:

Remount LICENSE PLATE .

Installation:

NOTE: Latch mechanisms (1) on trim (2) must not be damaged or missing.

Engage trim (2) into the latch mechanisms (1).
