41 62 060 Removing and installing/replacing hinge for left or right splitdoor

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release holder (1) in direction of arrow and carefully pull out.

Disconnect both plugs (1) and detach plug from holder (2).

Release wiring harness (1) from body and carefully feed out.

Installation:

Make sure wiring harness is correctly seated (watertightness).

Release screws and remove holder (2).

Release nuts and remove splitdoor (1).

Tightening torque 41 62 2AZ

Release screws and remove hinge (1).

Tightening torque 41 62 2AZ
