54 12 646 Replacing glass sliding/tilting sunroof frame

Complete Glass Sliding/Tilting Sunroof (Frame) Removed
If necessary, remove and install complete glass sliding/tilting sunroof (frame),
see 54 12 210 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE SLIDE/TILT SUNROOF (FRAME) .
Installing and removing roof-lining frame for glass sliding/tilting sunroof lid,
see 54 12 136 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING HEADLINER FOR GLASS SLIDE/TILT SUNROOF COVER .
IMPORTANT:
Do not remove the roof lining frame mechanism (slide rails and guide/flexible lock) from the old glass sunroof frame (warranty will be invalidated); if necessary, use adhesive fabric tape to secure for transportation.
