54 12 136 Removing and installing/replacing headliner for glass slide/tilt sunroof cover

Installation:

If necessary, apply light coat of Renax GL1 (Fuchs) grease to guide duct.

Removing left and right rubber gaiter for glass slide/tilt sunroof cover,

refer to 54 12 015 REPLACING LEFT OR RIGHT RUBBER GAITERS FOR GLASS SLIDE/TILT SUNROOF .

Move mechanism into zero setting.

Slowly pull headliner forwards as far as it will go.

Unfasten left/right screws (1).

Lift headliner upwards to remove.

Installation:

Insert headliner (1) in support (2) from behind/left.
