51 43 015 Removing and installing / replacing rear left or right lower section of side trim (Z3 Roadster, M Roadster)

Removing and installing rear upper section of side trim panel, refer to 51 43 010 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REMOVING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT UPPER SECTION OF SIDE TRIM PANEL (Z3 ROADSTER, M ROADSTER) .

Removing and installing rocker panel cover strip (inside), refer to 51 47 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING ENTRANCE COVER STRIP (INTERIOR), FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT (Z3 ROADSTER, M ROADSTER, Z3 COUPE, M COUPE) .

Version with Hi-Fi system:

Unfasten plug connection (1).

Only replace:

Unfasten screw connection (2) and take off loudspeaker (3).

NOTE: The convertible top lid must be closed to remove the side trim panel (4).

Partially unfasten cover (1) and edge protector (2). Unfasten screws (3) and pull lower section of side trim (4) upward/forward over the belt anchor (5).
