63 13 250 Removing and installing/replacing front left or right side repeater mirror

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove exterior mirror on front door. See 51 16 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING MIRROR ON LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR .
Remove retaining ring on exterior mirror. See 51 16 045 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING RETAINING RING ON LEFT OR RIGHT EXTERIOR MIRROR .

Release plug connection (1) on central connector (2) and disconnect.

Feed out cable (1).

Feed side repeater (3) in direction of arrow out of mirror housing (2).
