52 25 380 Removing and installing/replacing left or right rear head restraint mount

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove rear HEAD RESTRAINT
Remove REAR PANEL on rear seat backrest
Remove BACKREST COVER in upper area

NOTE: Move head restraint fully downwards (otherwise removal of head restraint guide is not possible!).
Disconnect plug connection.
Unlock catches (1) and remove guide (2) on left and right towards top.
Release screws (3).

Tightening torque: see 14AZ in 67 31 DRIVE, SEAT ADJUSTMENT

Tilt head restraint mount (4) in direction of arrow and feed out towards top.

NOTE:

Carry out FUNCTION CHECK WITH ADAPTER CABLE
