11 34 560 Replacing all valve stem seals (S65)

Special tools required:

11 1 480
11 5 270

See ENGINE - SPECIAL TOOLS .

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove cylinder head. See left and right .
Remove all valve springs .

Remove valve stem seal with special tool 11 1 480 in direction of arrow.

Installation:

Attach the mounting sleeve (1) supplied with the new part to the valve stem.

Attach valve stem seal (2) over mounting sleeve (1).

Press on valve stem seal with special tool 11 5 270 in direction of arrow as far as it will go.

Assemble engine.
