	Remove/install
1	Shift transmission to N position.
2	Secure vehicle on vehicle lift.		AR00.60-P-1006A
3	Reduce pneumatic pressure of suspension struts using diagnostic system.
		The complete wheels must not touch the ground. Otherwise the suspension struts may suffer initial damage and malfunction at a later stage.	AD00.00-P-2000-06FR

5	Remove rear diagonal struts.		AR61.10-P-5142S
6	Remove covers under thrust arms.
7	Unclip electric line from holder of level sensor (B22/7) and level sensor (B22/10).
8	Disconnect electrical connectors of level sensors (B22/7, B22/10) and leave electric lines hanging down at one side.
9	Unclip electric lines from line bracket (1) on left and right side of vehicle.
10	Remove nuts (2) and remove supports (3).	Nut, support diagonal strut to stop plate	*BA61.10-P-1020-01P
11	Remove screws (4).	Bolt, stop plate to body	*BA35.10-P-1002-01R
12	Position lifting platform with mount at front of rear axle.

13	Remove screws (5) and remove stop plates (6).	Do not use an impact wrench. Otherwise, the threads will be damaged. : Use compressed air to clean thread in frame floor assembly and check for correct seating of threaded inserts. Self-locking bolt securing front elastomer bearing of rear axle carrier to frame floor assembly	*BA35.10-P-1001-01R
14	Carefully lower rear axle.	Do not stretch brake hoses and electric lines.
		Otherwise, the brake hoses and electric lines will be damaged. Maximum lowering dimension of front rear axle	BE3500-P-1001-01A
15	Remove elastomer bearings (7).		AR35.10-P-0040-02S
		Always replace elastomer bearings (7) in pairs.
		Mobil Vacuoline 137 insertion agent, 0.5 L	*BR00.45-Z-1097-06A

16	Install in the reverse order.
