| 2 | Drain the coolant for the 48 V on-board electrical system coolant circuit. | AR20.00-P-2014SC | |
| 3 | Remove fan unit. | AR20.40-P-5050SC | |
| 4 | Remove the refrigerant line (2) from the cooler unit (1), place it to one side and seal the openings using suitable stop plugs. | ||

| 5 | Remove the refrigerant line (3) from the cooler unit (1), place it to one side and seal the openings using suitable stop plugs. | ||

| 7 | Open the hose clamp (5) and remove the coolant hose (6) at the connecting point. | Fig 2 | |
| 8 | Remove the coolant hose (7) from the cooler unit (1). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Release and disconnect the electrical connector (8) and remove the electrical wiring harness (9) | ||
| from the bracket (10) on the left and from the cooler unit (1). | |||
| 10 | Remove coolant pump (M43/1) | AR09.41-P-6931SC | |
| 11 | Secure the cooler unit (1) by suitable means against falling down. | ||
| 12 | Unscrew screws (11) at left and right. | ||
| 13 | Unscrew screws (12) at left and right. | ||
| 14 | Remove the brackets (10) on the left and right. | ||
| 15 | Remove the cooler unit (1) by moving it downward. | Do not tilt cooler unit (1) or hit it against other parts. Otherwise leaks and damage can occur. |

| 16 | Disassemble the cooler unit (1). | If necessary. | AR20.20-P-3865-14SC |
| 17 | Install in the reverse order. |
