Disassemble/Assemble Cooler Unit - AR20.20-P-3865-14SC

Engine 176 in model 223 

	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

1. Remove air duct segments (1) at cooler unit.
2. Release coolant radiator (2) of 48V on-board electrical system coolant circuit at engagements and remove.

3. Unclip condenser (3) at cooler unit and remove.

4. Remove coolant line (4).
5. Remove bolts (5).
6. Remove coolant radiator (6) of engine cooling circuit.

7. Remove supporting frames (7) from coolant radiator (8) of low-temperature circuit.
8. Assemble in the reverse order.
