	Remove/install
1	Put transmission into neutral position.
2	Release parking brake.
3	Remove right catalytic converter.		AR49.20-P-0102SVZ
4	Remove holder (2).
5	Disconnect electrical connectors (3, 4).
6	Remove electrical wiring harness (11) from automatic transmission and position outside the working area.
7	Remove the heat shield (5).	Collar bolt, heat shield to holder of heat shield/retaining plate/front axle differential	*BA33.30-P-1009-03G
8	Remove bracket (6).	Collar bolt, holder for heat shield to transmission/holder for exhaust system	*BA33.30-P-1010-03G
9	Operate service brake and remove screws (7).	Do not counterhold the propeller shaft (1) at the universal joint. The needle roller bearings and seals of the propeller shaft (1) will otherwise be damaged. Aid of helper required. : Replace the bolts (7). Screw/bolt, propeller shaft to front axle gear	*BA33.30-P-1012-03G
10	Remove propeller shaft (1) together with transfer case.		AR28.10-P-0100S
11	Remove propeller shaft (1) from transfer case.	: Grease splined profile (9). The marking (arrow A) on the splined profile (9) must line up exactly with the marking (arrow B) on the propeller shaft (1). Klueber Microlube GNY 202	*BR00.45-Z-1071-06A
12	Check sealing bellows (8) for damage.	If sealing bellows (8) is damaged, ↓ replace sealing bellows (8).	AR41.10-P-0070-01A
13	Install in the reverse order.
