	Remove/install
1	Remove door trim.		AR72.12-P-1011S
2	Remove roller sunblind.	Model 223.0/1 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
			AR68.50-P-3402S
3	Remove grommet (1).	Model 223.9 except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
		Two grommets (1) are installed.
4	Adjust side window (2) until access opening in door module (3) is accessible.
5	Press in catch hook (4).	Model 223.9 except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
		Two catch hooks (4) are installed.
		This separates the side window (2) from the window lifter.
6	Release side window (2) from window lifter, slide it up all the way, and protect it against falling down.
7	Release and disconnect electrical connector of rear door (X35/3x1, X35/4x1).
8	Guide door wiring harness (5) with grommet (6) out of rear door (7) and door module (3).
9	Remove screws (9) of door lock.	Bolt, door lock to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1004-01U
10	Disconnect electrical connector at bass speaker and remove bass speaker.	Model 223.0/1 with code 811 (High-End sound system) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
11	Remove screws (8) of door module (3).
12	Remove door module (3) until cable (12) on bearing bracket (11) can be disconnected.
13	Disconnect cable (12) from bearing bracket (11).	The number of cables (12) may vary depending on the equipment installed.
14	Disconnect electrical connector (13) at bearing bracket (11).	The number of electrical connectors (13) may vary depending on the equipment installed.
15	Remove door module (3).
16	Install in the reverse order.
