Remove/Install Ambiance Illumination Control Unit - AR82.20-P-0001S

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).    
2 Remove trunk floor. Model 223
with code 878 (CONNECTED LIGHT ambient lighting)
except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
 
3 Remove side trim in left trunk. Model 223
with code 878 (CONNECTED LIGHT ambient lighting)
with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)

4 Remove subwoofer. Model 223
with code 811 (High-End sound system)
with code 878 (CONNECTED LIGHT ambient lighting)
AR82.62-P-7841S 
5 Remove subwoofer holder. Model 223
with code 811 (High-End sound system)
 
    with code 878 (CONNECTED LIGHT ambient lighting)
Model 223
with code 854 (Rear Seat Entertainment System Plus)
with code 878 (CONNECTED LIGHT ambient lighting)
Model 223
with code 878 (CONNECTED LIGHT ambient lighting)
with code 97B (Engine noise reduction via speakers (EOC))
 
6 Remove nuts (1) and place active ambient lighting control unit (N162/1) to one side with connected electric lines.    
7 Disconnect electrical connectors (2).    
8 Remove active ambient lighting control unit (N162/1).    
9 Install in the reverse order.    
10 Commission active ambient lighting control unit (N162/1). When replacing active ambient lighting control unit (N162/1).
