Remove/Install Poly-V Belt - AR13.22-P-1202MFB

4	Remove
1	Remove engine cover.		AP01.10-P-2405-01C
2	Release tension of poly-V-belt (4) and remove.		AR13.22-P-3902-01MFI
	Check
3	Check guide pulley (2) for wear and damage.	Engine 260 with code 9U8 (Control code - Major assembly technical further development) with code B01 (48V technology) Screw/bolt, guide pulley to timing case cover If there is a problem: ↓ Replace guide pulley (2).	*BA13.25-P-1002-01Z
4	Check tensioning device (3) for wear and damage.	If there is a problem: ↓ Replace tensioning device (3).	AR13.25-P-3220MFI
5	Check vibration damper (1) of crankshaft for wear and damage.	If there is a problem: ↓ replace vibration damper (1).	AR03.30-P-1600MFC
6	Check refrigerant compressor belt pulley (5) for wear and damage.	If there is a problem: ↓ Replace refrigerant compressor.	AR83.55-P-5310MFD
7	Check starter-alternator belt pulley (6) for wear and damage.	If there is a problem: ↓ Replace belt-driven starter alternator.	AR15.40-P-5060MFA
8	Check poly-V-belt (4) for wear and damage.	If a problem is identified, ↓ Replace poly-V belt (4).
5	Install
9	Position poly-V-belt (4).		AR13.22-P-3902-02NKB
10	Counterhold tensioning device (3), remove safety pin from tensioning device (3) and tension poly-V-belt (4).
11	Install engine cover.

	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Perform engine test run and Check poly-V-belt (4) is correctly seated.
